PAYMENT & PROCEDURES :
1. Buyer shall sign and seal and return this document .
2. Buyer will issue ICPO based on this SCO
3. Seller shall prepare the related SPA and send for Buyer’s review and amendments / if any
4. Buyer and Seller shall sign and seal the SPA
5. Seller shall then issue P / I which will be signed and sealed by both parties
6. Buyer shall establish the DLC as mentioned on payment terms above. DLC draft has to be forwarded to Seller for review and final confirmation before official being transmitted via bank.
7. Currency is in Euros for the equivalent amount of United states dollars using the exchange rate quoted by ECB, reference rates at 14:15 Frankfurt time accessible on page 37 REUTERS (ECBREF=) and also via the webpage https://www.ecb.europa.eu/ 1(one) business day prior to the contractual payment.
8. Seller will arrange the following shipping documents which should be mentioned in DLC terms only;
8.1. Certificate of Origin / to be issued by any chamber of commerce stating Oman as origin of cargo.
8.2. B/L ( 3rd. Party B/L acceptable) Freight pre-paid
8.3. Inspection Certificate / Q&Q
8.4. Commercial Invoice
8.5. Packing List
8.6. Vessel’s master letter of ETA Seller shall deliver
