بیژن زنگنه درباره افزایش محصولات پتروشیمی گفت: در فاز سوم جهش تولید محصولات پتروشیمی در سال ۱۴۰۴ میزان تولید به ۳۷ میلیارد دلار خواهد رسید.
به گزارش گروه اقتصادی خبرگزاری آنا، آئین افتتاح مجتمع پتروشیمی میاندوآب، واحد نرمال هگزان پالایشگاه شازند اراک و احداث خط لوله انتقال نفت خام گوره به جاسک و پایانه صادراتی در منطقه مکران توسط حجت الاسلام حسن روحانی آغاز شد.
در این مراسم که به صورت ویدیو کنفرانس در حال برگزاری است بیژن زنگنه وزیر نفت اظهار داشت: با اجرای این طرحها تولید ناخالص پتروشیمی به ۲۵ میلیون تن افزایش مییابد.
وی ادامه داد: به قیمت ثابت، تولید در سال ۹۲ بالغ بر ۱۲ میلیارد دلار بود که در پایان دولت به ۲۵ میلیارد دلار می رسد.
زنگنه یادآور شد: همچنین در جهش سوم یعنی سال ۱۴۰۴ این رقم به ۳۷ میلیارد دلار خواهد رسید.
وزیر نفت خاطرنشان کرد: این موضوع مورد توجه و تاکید و تصریح مقام معظم رهبری در دیدار با تولیدکنندگان نیز بود.
زنگنه به با بیان اینکه با اجرای این طرح ها ریل گذاری مستحکم برای کشور صورت گرفته است، گفت: اینها طرحهایی نیست که روی کاغذ باشد بلکه پیشرفت فیزیکی دارد و جلو میرود که تولید کشور را به سه برابر اضافه میکند. از دیگر کارها را تثبیت ریلگذاری برای تامین زنجیره متانول، پروپیلن و اتانول دانست.
وی با بیان اینکه ۱۶۶۰ کیلومتر خط لوله اتیلن افتتاح خواهد شد که به تبریز رسیده است، بیان داشت: این خط لوله بزرگترین خط انتقال اتیلن در جهان است .طرحی بوده که در مزیت های مناطق کشور و کم آبی توجه کرده است. بخشی از تولید اتیلن که به آب نیاز داشته کنار دریا انجام شده و با این خط لوله که توانایی دو و نیم میلیون تن اتیلن دارد به مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته کشور، با واحدهای در حال احداث شان مانند اندیمشک، لرستان، کرمانشاه و همدان میرود.
وزیر نفت با اشاره به اینکه امروز نیز خط منطقه مهاباد و کردستان افتتاح خواهد شد، تصریح کرد: همچنین در تبریز یک پتروشیمی وجود داشت که با خوراک مایع نفتا کار می کرد که خودش خط اتیلن را رساند. بنابراین امسال ۲ میلیون تن انتقال اتیلن دارد. امروز هم خط میاندوآب توسط رئیس جمهور افتتاح می شود.
به گفته زنگنه، این طرح یکی از مهم ترین طرح های دولت برای آمایش سرزمین ،اشتغال و توسعه مناطق غرب کشور است. که بسیار موفق عمل کرد.
وی تاکید کرد: تولید اتیلن امسال به ۷ میلیون تن میرسد که ۲ میلیون تن در این خط لوله خواهد آمد. ۱۷ طرح در جهش دوم داریم که عمدتاً پیشرفت فیزیکی بالایی دارند و نتیجه خواهند داد با تلاش و پیگیری در شرایط سختی که وجود داشت. علاوه بر جهش دوم گذاری مستحکم برای آینده کردیم که جهش سوم نام دارد و طرحهای آن روی کاغذ نیست بلکه برخی از آنها پیشرفت فیزیکی خوب دارند و جلو می رود.
وزیر نفت ادامه داد: در جهش سوم در واقع تولید کشور را به سه برابر نسبت به سال ۹۲ یعنی ۱۲ میلیارد را به ۳۷ میلیارد دلار میرساند. یکی از کارهای خوب دیگر که در سال آخر دولت انجام خواهد شد. این است که ریل گذاری را تثبیت کنیم.
وی با بیان اینکه یک سری طرح برای زنجیره محصولات پتروشیمی اجرا میکنیم که طرح های پیشران پتروشیمی هستند، خاطرنشان کرد: در زیر شاخه متانول، پروپیلن، اتیلن و بنزن است. در بخش اتیلن عمده کار انجام شده است. در بخش پروپیلن طرح ابتکاری خوبی در حال طراحی است که برای تصویب به دولت خواهد رفت. با توجه به اینکه در داخل کشور پروپیلن کم داریم یک و نیم میلیون تن در شمال و جنوب و غرب طراحی خواهد شد تا با خطوط لوله به مناطق مرکزی و شمالی منتقل شود. مثلاً در بندر نکا ایجاد میشود و منطقه عمومی سمنان و بعد خراسان و شمال استان تهران را پوشش دهد. همچنین از عسلویه با خط لوله به فارس برود و صدها کارخانه را توسعه دهد.
زنگنه در پاسخ به سوال رئیسجمهور که گفتید ۱۷ طرح میخواهیم افتتاح کنیم آیا این طرحها تا پایان سال است یا آخر دولت؟ گفت: خیلی تاخیر کنند فروردین ۱۴۰۰ انجام خواهد شد و تولید به ۲۵ میلیون تن میرسد.

During the ceremony, which is being held as a video conference, Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said: “With the implementation of these projects, the gross petrochemical production will increase to 25 million tons.”
He continued: “At a fixed price, production in 1992 was $ 12 billion, which at the end of the government will reach $ 25 billion.”
Zanganeh noted that the figure would rise to $ 37 billion in the third jump in 1404.
The Minister of Oil pointed out: This issue was also considered and emphasized by the Supreme Leader in his meeting with the producers.
Zanganeh said that with the implementation of these projects, a strong rail has been laid for the country, adding that these are not projects that are on paper, but have physical progress and are moving forward, which will increase the country’s production by three times. Other tasks include stabilizing the railways to supply methanol, propylene and ethanol.
He stated that 1660 km of ethylene pipeline will be inaugurated, which has reached Tabriz, and said: This pipeline is the largest ethylene transmission line in the world. Part of the ethylene production that needs water is done by the sea, and with this pipeline, which has the capacity of two and a half million tons of ethylene, it goes to the less developed regions of the country, with their units under construction such as Andimeshk, Lorestan, Kermanshah and Hamedan.
Noting that the Mahabad and Kurdistan region lines will be opened today, the oil minister added: “There was also a petrochemical plant in Tabriz that worked with naphtha liquid feed, which itself supplied the ethylene line.” So this year it has 2 million tons of ethylene. The Miandoab line will be opened by the president today.
According to Zanganeh, the project is one of the government’s most important projects for land management, employment and development in the western part of the country. Which was very successful.
He stressed: “Ethylene production will reach 7 million tons this year, of which 2 million tons will come in this pipeline.” We have 17 projects in the second mutation that are mostly of high physical progress and will result in hard work and follow-up in the difficult conditions that existed. In addition to the second leap, we have made a strong commitment to the future, which is called the third leap, and its plans are not on paper, but some of them are progressing well and moving forward.
The Minister of Oil continued: “In the third jump, in fact, the country’s production will increase three times compared to 1992, that is, 12 billion to 37 billion dollars.” Another good thing that will be done in the last year of government. This is to fix the rail.
“We are implementing a series of projects for the petrochemical chain, which are leading petrochemical projects,” he said, noting that methanol, propylene, ethylene and benzene are sub-branches. In the ethylene sector, most of the work has been done. In the propylene sector, a good initiative is being designed that will go to the government for approval. Due to the lack of propylene in the country, 1.5 million tons will be designed in the north, south and west to be piped to the central and northern regions. For example, it will be created in Neka port and will cover the general area of Semnan, then Khorasan and the north of Tehran province. Also, go from Assaluyeh to Fars by pipeline and develop hundreds of factories.
Zanganeh In response to the question of the President of the Republic that you said that we want to open 17 projects, are these projects until the end of the year or the end of the government? “It’s too late,” he said. “Farvardin 1400 will be done and production will reach 25 million tons.”
