Regarding 9-month exports to neighboring countries, Moghaddasi said: Iraq with 6.8 billion dollars, Turkey with 4 billion and 131 million dollars, UAE with 3 billion and 433 million dollars, Afghanistan with 1 billion and 412 million dollars and Pakistan with 911 million dollars. They are neighboring countries, followed by Russia, Oman, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Moghaddasi added: “Imports from neighboring countries in the first nine months of this year increased by 62% in weight and 68% in value, and this amount of goods imported from neighboring countries accounted for 59% by weight and 49% of total imports to the country.” “UAE was the top five supplier of goods to its neighbors, with sales of $ 11.449 billion, Turkey with $ 3.7 billion, Russia with $ 1.224 billion, Iraq with $ 880 million and Oman with $ 409 million,” he said. Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain are next.
