TTO TRANSACTION TERMS & PROCEDURES TERMS OF TRANSACTION:
DELIVERY: Singapore ETA: 31 Oct 2020.
VESSEL TANKER: ASTRO PERSEUS // IMO: 928❌❌❌❌
PAYMENT TERM: SBLC (MT760), or DLC (MT700) and MT103/TT
ORIGIN: Russian Federation
LOADING PORT: KOZMINO, Russia
INSPECTION: Any Universally Accepted Q&Q Inspection Company
1. Buyer issues an official ICPO inserting seller’s terms and procedures.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract and Commercial Invoice for the product quantity on board the vessel tanker, buyer endorses and sends back.
3. Seller issues the POP documents as listed below:
– Declaration of Product Ownership
– Analysis Test Report
– Certificate of Origin
– Bill of Lading
– Ullage Report
– Vessel Notice – Cargo Manifest – Vessel Q88
4. Upon confirmation of the above documents by the buyer, buyer’s shipping agent makes contact with vessel Master to confirm ETA and Product Details.
5. Buyer issues a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC MT-760) or a Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT-700) to the seller’s nominated bank within 48-72 Hours after confirmation of the POP Documents. If Buyer fails to issue the Letter of Credit in 5 working days, in alternative buyer shall make Security Guarantee Deposit of 3% via T.T Wire from total value of the Contract to seller fiduciary bank account as performance guarantee to secure the allocation which will be deducted from the first shipment.
6. Upon confirmation of the Letter of Credit, seller issues Approval to Export certificate, Export License certificate, Authorization to Board the vessel (ATB) / Dip test authorization (DTA) and all shipping documents will be re-issued in buyer’s name, and vessel will be re-routed to the buyer’s preferred destination port.
7. Upon arrival of the vessel at buyer’s discharge Port, buyer pays for the full product value via MT103 after successful CIQ/SGS or equivalent inspection and transfer the title holder of the product to the buyer.
8. Buye pays commission to Agencies, Broker and intermediary as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
